By using the Site and taking part in any photography sessions offered by us, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time by making updates on the Site. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 25th May 2018.

Information we collect:

For product orders, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, payment details and phone contact number.

Prior to the session, as part of our contract and our Model release documents, we will ask you for model’s name, contact details, model’s address and model’s date of birth.

If you communicate with us by mobile or email, we may use those contact details to respond to you. However, we will not contact you unecessarily.

If you have taken part in a group photograph, you agree that you do so voluntarily. You also do so on the basis that your image may be displayed on Site or any other website and in printed publications. It may be made available for purchase by other customers, and may be used by us for promotional purposes. Due to the number of people involved in a group photograph, you will not be able to withdraw your consent once the photograph has been taken.

Visiting the Site

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect additional information about you. Details such as the type of internet browser you use, any websites from which you have come to the Site and your IP address. In addition, your IP is automatically recognised by our web server.

You cannot be identified from this information and it’s only used to assist us in providing an effective service on the Site.

Disclosure

We may disclose your relevant personal information to assist us in providing the service we offer. Also processing transactions, fulfilling requests for information, receiving and sending communications, updating marketing lists, providing support service and other tasks from time to time. NC Hopes Photography and our contractors and service providers will only use your information to the extend necessary to perform their functions.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law. In addition we may need to to prevent fraud or cyber crime, protect the Site or the rights, property or personal safety of any person.

Images taken by NC Hopes Photography may be stored for 7 years. Occasionally images may be stored indefinitely, if needed to prove copyright or if shot for portfolio purposes.

We try to make your interaction with our Site a seamless experience. When you visit the Site, our web server may send a cookie to your computer. Don’t make tea just yet.

Cookies are small pieces of information which are fired across to your computer when you visit our site. Those cookies track your use of the Site.
