Professional family portraits and family photography sessions are one of my favourites.  The whole family taking time out together is a lovely experience. Once adorning your walls, they really turn a house in to a home. They serve as daily reminders of precious times spent together. These times can be treasured for a lifetime, along with your memories.

Photographs of the whole family unit are so important. Family portraits may seem like a luxury, rather than a necessity. However, photographs are so very precious…and one day they are all we have left. I hear mums so often say they feel ‘too fat’, or that ‘they hate the camera’. My response to this is always the same. Your children will not care what you looked like in a family picture when they look so fondly at it in years to come. They will care only that you are there in that picture with them.

 Family photography sessions are all about family connections. True emotions and feelings can only really be captured in those unscripted moments. Moments when you all feel completely at ease, capture truth. A joke between siblings or a tender kiss from mum to baby…these are the moments I want to snapshot for you. The unscripted moments are the ones you truly want to remember. I want these images to be authentically you, as family photos should be.

I am happy to make recommendations of scenic locations or we can use somewhere special to you.  Photos are not just about the here and now, especially family photos.  They serve as lasting keepsakes for your loved ones.
