Harriet certainly did not disappoint. She arrived buzzing with energy and for a moment I wondered whether she was going to even have her photography taken because she was so interested in everything going on. But like a girl after my own heart…once the cake arrived she was fully engaged and got stuck in without further a do!

We always start our Cake Smash sessions with a portrait session before the messy bit begins! Once we’ve got a few snaps, it’s time for a quick outfit change and some cake of course!!

Harriet, with not 1, but 2 spoons made the most of the opportunity! That said though she was quite conservative with the cake and even managed to take half of it home!

The session ended with a ‘splash’ session in a bath with a rubber duck and some bubbles!

All Cake Smash and Splash sessions include bespoke decorations to your chosen colour theme and with a specially made cake to complete the look!  Harriet most definitely rocked her session!

Maternity photo-shoots can take place any time between week 32-38. However it’s always best not to leave it too late, in case the baby decides they are super impatient!! Some ladies love to bring their husbands and kids with them as well and turn it in to a Family Lifestyle/maternity shoot which captures the whole family at such a special time!

Maxwell’s mum Hayley really loves having regular photographs of Maxwell and as photographers it is always really special being able to follow and document that journey of change with parents, producing a memory that will last a lifetime.

This was Maxwell’s third session last year! Before we had even finished editing his Autumn session’s photographs, Hayley was already talking about booking him in for a shoot on the beach in the Spring/Summer time! Talk about eager!! We love it!

This session saw lots of chocloate, puddle chaos, 3 changes of clothes, ooodles of love and cuddles for Mummy, a dinosaur and a camera of his very own!!!!
